At PNW Spirit Swag, our mission is simple yet powerful: To provide fun, affordable, locally made gifts that help schools and youth groups raise money with pride and purpose. We're passionate about empowering communities and making a real difference, one custom item at a time.
Who We Are
Hi, I'm Brenda Chapin, the founder and the heart behind PNW Spirit Swag, nestled right here in the beautiful Willamette Valley, Oregon. I've actually lived my entire life right here in the Mid-Willamette Valley! Growing up, I was right there with you, doing all the classic merchandise fundraisers, candy bar sales, car washes, and bottle drives for my own school and activities.
Now, with two children attending school here and participating in local sports and activities, I've been inspired to put my design and business skills to work. My goal is to create a new, fun, and affordable fundraising opportunity that doesn't involve expensive merchandise or products kids are more likely to eat than sell!
This isn't some big factory operation; every single product you see, from our vibrant keychains and zipper pulls to our inspiring bookmarks, scratch-off cards, magnets, buttons, and vinyl stickers, is infused with personal care.
I personally curate and/or design the custom-themed products and ensure your organization's colors, logo or name shines. Then, everything is professionally printed by our trusted partners and meticulously assembled by me. We're proud to keep things close to home, even sourcing our supplies from US suppliers whenever possible. It's all about quality, community, and that special local touch!
What We Do (Our Goal)
Our goal is to make fundraising easy, enjoyable, and genuinely rewarding for public and private school (K–12) groups, youth sports teams, performing arts groups, PTO/PTA and booster clubs, Scout troops, and homeschool co-ops across Linn, Benton, and Marion Counties, and eventually, all of Oregon and beyond!
We know traditional fundraisers can be a hassle, often involving high-cost or unhealthy items, and complicated logistics. That's where we come in! We partner with your organization to run short-term online fundraisers. You get a custom landing page on our website, and we provide you with flyers and social media graphics to spread the word.
The best part? Your organization keeps a generous 40% profit from every custom-designed product sold (and 10% on sales of our general catalog items)! Plus, we handle all the production, packaging and shipping. That's right, when everything is ready, we ship them directly to each customer.
And to reward your young participants for promoting the fundraiser - we offer bonus swag!
