Who We Are: Built on Community, Fueled by Spirit
Hi, I'm Brenda Chapin, the founder and the heart behind PNW Spirit Swag, nestled right here in the beautiful Willamette Valley, Oregon. I’ve lived my entire life in the Mid-Willamette Valley, and my story is one of connection and community.
Growing up, I was right there with you, participating in all the classic merchandise fundraisers, candy bar sales, and car washes for my own school and activities. Now, with two children attending local schools and participating in sports and activities, I've been inspired to put my design and business skills to work.
More Than Just a Business
This isn't some big factory operation! Every product you see is infused with personal care. I personally curate and/or design all the custom and general-themed products. I then ensure everything is professionally printed by our trusted partners and meticulously assembled by me. We're proud to keep things close to home, sourcing our supplies from US suppliers whenever possible. It's all about quality, community, and that special local touch!

Our Unique Fundraising Solution
For schools and youth groups, we offer a new, fun, and affordable fundraising opportunity that doesn't involve expensive merchandise or products kids are more likely to eat than sell!
We partner with K–12 schools, youth sports teams, booster clubs, Scout troops, and more across Linn, Benton, and Marion Counties (and eventually, all of Oregon and beyond!).
How Our Fundraisers Work:
- Custom-Designed Swag: We work with you to create custom-themed products that proudly feature your organization's colors, logo, or name.
- Easy Online Setup: We run short-term online fundraisers, providing your group with a custom landing page, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Generous Profit: Your organization keeps a generous 40% profit from every custom-designed product sold (and 10% on sales of our general catalog items)!
- Hassle-Free Logistics: We handle all the production, packaging, and shipping—directly to each customer. No sorting or distributing for you!
